Q9: Can I order 1 or 2 pcs as the same price for the distributors? I am a doctor.
A: Yes.you can. We can not recognize you at the first time. But I recommend you buy it from our distributors which they can offer good service for you.
Q10: Can I print our logo on the products?
A: Yes,free of charge. But we need the authorization letter for the logo from your side. We refuse to make the fake.
Q11: Some company quote me low price and ask 20% higher than first time. Will you?
A: No,we keep the same price for you at least one year. And maybe we will adjust it next year or not. But for the regular
customers, we will not change. Just for new customers.
Q12: What's your product warranty priod?
A: We offer 1 years warranty, during this priod we can fix the product for free but the shipping cost should be bear by your side.
